Alcance

• Coordinate a phased remodel that combined pool expansion, kitchen relocation, and patio rebuild.
• Show phase-one and phase-two sequencing so the client could approve budget in stages.
• Confirm grading direction around the new pool edge and drainage swale.

Restricciones

• Work had to keep part of the yard usable during phase one.
• Existing drainage path could not be blocked by new decking.
• Final proposal needed optional upgrade views for financing approval.

Proceso

• Built one master model and rendered two phased scope options from matching camera angles.
• Added utility-safe kitchen footprints with clear circulation overlays.
• Included a grading callout view to protect drainage intent during phasing.

Resultado

• Client approved both phases in one meeting.
• Contractor sold a higher-value phase-two upgrade package.
• Field team used the phase views as scope checkpoints during mobilization.
